Velvet Lounge

Deep House, a cross between Chicago House, disco and jazz, is generally heavy on the brass instruments, dark beats, and deep vocals. Many of these tracks don't have a chorus of sorts; they play out as more of a journey from start to finish rather than repeating hooks.

Space Junk

Club banging electro house with all the buildups and drops you can handle.

Hipster House

This mix is really cool. It’s so cool that it’s deck. It’s also so cool that it acts like it doesn’t care that people think it’s cool because that’s so fin. But secretly it’s really stoked that the midtowners think it’s cool because it tried so damn hard. Now let’s break out the bronson,

Filthy Mixes

I've put together some mixes that would make Jenna Jameson blush. Ok...maybe not. But it still isn't something you want to listen to while your Mom is around. Unless you have some weird kinky Mom that enjoys going to strip clubs with you and constantly hits on your friends.

Fear Street

An ode to the bloodcurdling bard of terrifying tales, Mr. R.L. Stine. His Fear Street and Goosebumps stories filled my childhood with nightmares.

Big Brass

This feels like summer music to me. I played trumpet in high school, so I'm partial to the brass instruments. It's great for a sunny Sunday afternoon while lounging on the patio with a cold beer and some friends.

The Bounce

Here's a collection of tracks that have a light feel to them, some fun hooks and easy going melodies. Not peak hour stuff or banging electro, just some chill tracks with high quality production.

Circus Music

And now for something completely different.

Deadmau5

So after finding myself listening to Deadmau5 tracks almost all the time, I decided to make an entire mix of just his songs. The first half is pretty mellow and the second half is more upbeat. I hope you like his music as much as I do.

Justin Timberlake

I made a Justin Timberlake mix. So what? You're gonna tease me about it now? Fine. I'll do some super manly things to make up for it. Like camping. And rock climbing. And sleeping with your mom. Wait, let's put that at the front of the list. It's super manly to trek through a jungle like hers.

The Drop

What metal is to rock, dubstep (or brostep) is to EDM. More than an hour makes your ears bleed.

TenMinMix

Jonathan Lewis (Ellaskins) started TenMinMix in 2007 as a global YouTube competition. It finished in 2012, but the idea lives on. Any genre, any DJ gear, ten minutes of your best.
